Choose thread colours, finished size, border style and backing. We review stitch coverage, readable detail and colour matching against your artwork before quoting, and flag details that may need adjustment at the intended size. Backing and installation conditions are confirmed for your project.
Pricing & MOQ
No single fixed MOQ. We evaluate each design individually. Tell us your target quantity and we will suggest the most cost-effective production run.
Different designs, sizes and colours usually have separate MOQ calculations. Before the specification is confirmed, a cost discussion is not a formal quotation. Unit prices and applicable one-off costs are listed separately. Physical sample fees, any bulk-order credit or refund, and sample shipping are agreed per project.
Look and feel
Raised thread that catches the light, with a classic three-dimensional badge look. Satin-stitch coverage gives the smoothest finish; lower coverage shows the backing twill for a textured effect.
Detail and limits
Holds bold shapes, lettering and mid-size detail well. Very fine text and tightly spaced detail may close up at small sizes — we check the smallest readable element against your artwork before quoting.
Selection tip
Choose embroidered for a classic raised, stitched look; switch to woven when small text or thin lines must stay crisp.
