Quality & Delivery

Quality Control

Inspection follows the physical sample or written final specification agreed for the order—not an assumed sample on every batch.

Inspection starts with the reference agreed for that order. If you approved a physical sample, it is used with the final written specification. If you chose to proceed without a physical sample, the approved final production artwork and written specification are the reference instead.

What is checked

  • Design version, finished size and quantities by agreed variant
  • Colours, material and construction against the applicable approved reference
  • Edge, backing, finishing and packaging against the order specification

Applicable checks and acceptable variation depend on the product, material and order; confirm any critical tolerance or test requirement before approval. Not every order includes a first-article photo or a retained finished sample from each bulk batch.

If something differs

Identify the order, affected quantity and the difference with photos or measurements. We compare these with the approved reference and the agreed order terms before deciding the next step. We do not apply a blanket remedy without establishing the facts.

Documents and reports

If you require an audit document, material certificate or product test report, tell us the material, product, standard and destination market when requesting a quote. We check which documents are available and what each one covers; a factory audit is not a product test report. See the two approval routes.
