Trim Supply for Garment & Hat Factories

A garment or hat factory needs finished patches and labels to suit its production schedule and the specification approved by the factory as our direct customer.

How we help

We quote each trim separately, review the intended attachment method against the actual fabric where applicable, and confirm the final artwork, specification and approval reference with the factory. A physical sample is available when agreed; orders may also proceed on written approval without one. Production completion and transit are scheduled separately from the factory’s in-hands date.

Fits and limits

We deliver finished patches for the factory to attach; we do not assume sewing or application onto finished garments. Heat-seal performance needs validation on the actual fabric. The factory placing the order gives final approval to RAYSUN even if its brand customer has its own internal approval chain. Dispatch is not a guaranteed arrival date.
