How to Order
The steps from first enquiry to a repeat order, so you know what happens and what we confirm at each stage.
1. Enquiry and feasibility
Send the artwork or a reference, estimated quantity, intended use and target in-hands date. Missing specifications are fine: we identify what must be resolved for a firm quote. A new material or process may need a feasibility check.
2. Quotation
The quote identifies the design and specification it covers, unit price, minimum quantity where applicable, separate setup or sample charges, payment terms and the production and shipping scope. Routine patch enquiries with complete information usually receive a formal quote within one working day; more complex enquiries are assessed first.
3. Production artwork and approval route
We prepare or check the production artwork. You may approve a physical sample, or approve the final artwork and written specification without one. The route, version and approval reference are confirmed before bulk production. A physical sample is the way to assess actual colour and feel before bulk if those details matter to you. 4. Order confirmation
The customer placing the order confirms the final artwork, specification, quantities and commercial terms. Any change after approval is reviewed for price and schedule impact and needs written reconfirmation before it is applied.
5. Production and inspection
Typical bulk production takes 7–14 working days after the final specification and payment terms are confirmed. Inspection uses the approved physical sample where one exists, together with the final written specification; otherwise it uses the approved final artwork and written specification. 6. Dispatch and delivery
We can deliver to your forwarder or coordinate freight. Production completion, dispatch and arrival are different dates. Transit, customs and any destination charges are agreed or quoted separately; tell us an immovable in-hands date before placing the order.
7. Repeat orders
Provide your previous order or design reference and tell us about any changes. We confirm the current specification, production route, price and schedule rather than assuming an unchanged result. See repeat orders.
