Production & Shipping

Tell us both the date you need the goods and the date your production or event depends on them. We work backward from the in-hands date and identify which approvals and payment terms must be completed before production can be scheduled.

Production

Typical bulk production is 7–14 working days after the final artwork, specification and payment terms are confirmed. This is a typical production range, not an individual-order guarantee or an arrival date. The production route and capacity are assessed for the specific design and quantity.

Inspection and dispatch

Goods are checked against the approval reference agreed for the order: the approved physical sample where one exists, plus the final written specification; otherwise the approved final artwork and written specification. Dispatch follows production and the applicable inspection step.

Freight and arrival

Freight, destination, customs clearance and charges are confirmed or quoted for the particular order. A planned dispatch date is not a promised arrival date; transit and clearance are separate from production. Ask us to review a hard deadline before placing your order. See the order sequence.
