Custom labels and sales packaging are separate deliverables, specified and quoted by item even when shipped with patches.
Labels and product sales packaging are separate custom-made items that can be coordinated with a patch order. We confirm each item’s construction, quantity and production route rather than treating a combined shipment as a single fixed product.
Labels
Woven and printed labels can carry your brand or product information. The finished item may be supplied for attachment by your garment or cap factory; installation on the finished garment is not assumed. Size, material, text, colours, fold or cut, and attachment requirements affect the specification.
Sales packaging and tags
Hang tags, header cards, poly bags and other packaging are considered by material, dimensions, artwork, finishing and packing quantity. We quote the packaging and any setup or sample requirement as its own item.
What to send
Provide a reference or artwork, finished dimensions, material preference if known, quantity by version, destination and whether the items should be packed together with patches. Some companion items use partner factories; RAYSUN coordinates the quotation, approved specification and delivery. Ask us to assess your items.
