Most patches use our in-house lines; special patch requirements and companion items may involve partner factories under one RAYSUN contact.
RAYSUN coordinates custom patches, labels, packaging and gifts through one customer-facing team. Patch production is mainly handled by our in-house lines; some special processes or materials, and capacity support when needed, may use partner factories. Companion categories are produced in-house where a suitable line is available and otherwise through partners.
What we make in-house
Our six patch lines cover embroidered, woven, PVC and printed constructions. A particular design is still assessed for its material, process and capacity requirements rather than assigned to a production route solely by product name.
When partners are involved
Partner factories may support a patch requiring a special process or material, additional capacity, or a companion item outside our own lines. We confirm the production approach for the order rather than implying that every item is manufactured in-house.

RAYSUN quotes and coordinates the order, checks the agreed specification and manages delivery through one contact, including work done with partners. See how inspection references are agreed.
