Artwork Guidelines
Start with the sketch, artwork or reference you have. We will confirm what is needed for production.
Idea → Artwork → Product
A sketch or reference image can help us start evaluating the design. We first check the intended size, process and use, then confirm the artwork and specifications needed for production. A reference is a starting point, not a guarantee that every detail can be reproduced.
Useful files
- AI, PDF or EPS can help us review shapes, lettering and colour areas.
- High-resolution PNG or JPG can help us assess image-based artwork.
- If you only have a sketch or reference, send it with the intended finished size.
What to include
- Finished size in mm or inches
- Quantity for each design, size and colour
- Colour references, if available
- Fabric or product the patch will be attached to, and backing preference
- Destination and target delivery date
What we confirm together
Small lettering, close lines, gradients and colour matching are reviewed against the chosen process and size. Any proposed changes to the design or specification need your approval before production.
Routine artwork and design suggestions are free; scope and revision rounds are agreed per project. New moulds, special materials or deeper ODM development may carry additional charges, confirmed before work starts. Physical samples are separate and usually charged.
Next step
Share your artwork or reference, compare patch processes, or review samples and approval.
