About

GUANGZHOU RAYSUN ART&GIFTS CO., LTD works with business customers on custom patches and related labels, packaging and gifts. We have six in-house patch production lines in Guangzhou and coordinate each order through one customer-facing team.

What we are responsible for

RAYSUN quotes the order, coordinates production and inspection, and manages delivery. Most patch production uses our own lines; special patch materials or processes and capacity support may use partner factories. Some companion products are made in-house, while many are produced with partners. Read about the production boundary.

OEM and ODM

For OEM, we work from your design and agreed specification. For ODM, we may help develop the construction, material or process for a defined purchasing project. New or unfamiliar requirements are assessed for feasibility and cost before a firm commitment.

One contact, agreed references

Your contact coordinates artwork, quotation, approval, production and dispatch. A physical sample may be approved, or the final artwork and specification may be approved in writing without one. The reference and version for each order are confirmed before production. See how an order runs.

Evidence with a defined scope

Audit documents, material certificates and test reports do not cover every product by default. We check the document holder, material or product, standard and destination requirement for your enquiry rather than treating one document as a blanket promise.
